Application of standardised material lists per mining activity is enforced, ensuring that only required and standard items can be ordered by production personnel. The system utilises calculated and historical material consumption rates to determine material requirements, based on actual production output booked (users are provided with guided material order quantities based on production delivered).
The budget is flexed for over or under-production based on booked production rates. The system provides direct and immediate feedback to the person placing the order, highlighting any over–quantity orders and budget over-expenditure.
